When we listed our home with Maria Carroll, we were amazed on how much she knew about what was happening in the housing market. This made us feel very confident with our decision to have her as our listing agent. Everything went so smooth with all the transactions, communications with escrow etc. It was really nice to have an agent that stood behind her seller's as well as her communication skills with the buyers agent.
