Maria was referred to me by a family friend and also became a friend of mine. This was the first time selling a property and as it was a daunting task. Maria made it a simple, step by step process and was extremely patient in the process. As my property was not an easy sell, she was able to facilitate the process in the most manageable way. She was understanding and extremely communicative. Any time I had a question (even at night, she works 24/7 for you) she was always there when I needed her. She always laid out every option for me and gave me the pros and cons of each option. Not only that, as she is bilingual, (in Miami this is very important) she was able to communicate to any party that had to deal with my case. My daughter is now buying a property and of course I had to refer her to Maria.
