I was pregnant at the time, we looked at three places, fell in love with the first one and placed an offer. Maria went above and beyond to make sure she communicated with EVERYONE to get our home. We won against another offer because she talked to the realtor about what they needed/wanted to sell, we got everything submitted at 12am and offer accepted at 8am. Less than a day! She made the process stress free for us because if we had questions or concerns with any part, she went without hesitation, and got things figured out at all stages with everyone involved.
