Maria Bradfield

Right from my first conversation with Maria I could tell she was a "go-getter". Very knowledgeable and professional. She listens carefully to what you want and is very efficient with finding homes that are suitable. I bought a home in Indio at Shadow Hills and a home in La Quinta in the Cove. I live in Santa Barbara so this was a gamble for me. Maria explained the rental market and guided me thru everything. I am a first time home buyer and first time landlord. I held the homes for 6 years and then Maria sold them for me. She goes WAY above and beyond. Helps with repair suggestions and recommended very capable people to do the work. Goes to the homes, lets vendors in...stays on top of the entire process. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help and guidance over the years.
