Maria and I saw a few properties. The last one was the one I purchased. She was in ongoing communication with the listing agent because one of the seller’s was out of the country so it took time to secure the contract. Due to the delay I communicated with Maria my concern that the signed contract may not happen. I was frustrated and despondent but she was reassuring. There were conversations with the listing agent where she was working her ‘professional magic’. Even at closing, fees that usually go to the seller were credited to me.
