I can not say enough about our Maria. Maria was on the Job from the start! We were looking for a Florida retirement home in Port saint Lucie, and we live in PA. So we had a lot of concerns about buying a house remotely, but Maria listened to all of our wants and needs in our forever home in Florida. Every time we contacted Maria about a house we liked she ran right over to the house and video / facetimed us. she was on it!!! one of the houses we put an offer in on had several issues after getting an inspection. Maria was once again ON IT! we asked her if she could get us estimates on the roof, plumbing, and electrical . And she coordinated all the contractors within hours of asking her and we got all the estimates we needed to make a decision on that house. and thank God for that or we would of purchased a very bad house. Maria went above and beyond for us with everything we asked from her , and without hesitation at all ! She was amazing! And when we did find the home of our dreams, once again Maria was on it! She was so helpful as well, because we live in Pa she let us order home furnishings to her home address and when some of our orders come earlier than expected to the new house, once again Maria was on it! She ran right over to the new house for us and pick up our packages for safe keeping at her house and she had to do that for us more than once until we flew in from Pa.
