We are very fortunate to have known Maria as our property manager for many years and just recently as our realtor. She is knowledgeable , hardworking and most importantly , a very trustworthy person. Because we are out of state, we depended entirely to her to sell our house . All through out the negotiation & up to closing, she was with us every step of the way and quickly solved issues that arose. My husband and I appreciate all her help and expertise and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts . Our house was sold quickly and in less amount of stress than what we expected .
