Mari Webb represented us in purchasing our current home in Charleston, SC. Without going into lengthy detail there was an issue with the seller's representatives at closing which could have caused a three day delay with us being able to take possession of the house. We had already checked out of temporary housing. Mari was firm and determined that the sellers rectify the situation with their reps. After hours of negotiations we settled that the sellers would pay for our lodging (of our choice and it wasn't going to be Motel 6) plus meals for however long it took. Needless to say we took possession of the house the next morning. Not to have Mari Webb represent your real estate concerns would be a grave mistake.
