Mari Ann is terrific. She helped us buy our house when we moved back to New Jersey. Several years later when we needed more space, we reached out to her to find another home. It took a while to find just the right place but Mari Ann was always there when we needed her. She is fun to be with and has a great personality. Mariann had the knowledge we needed to list our property at the right price. She is detail oriented and got us through all of the prerequisites required before we listed. She also helped us stage our home for photographs for the listing. She acted as a liaison between the buyers agent as well as our attorney and paralegal. She was always pleasant and proactive. She was available for any and all questions and referred us to an estate person to sell items since we relocated out of state. Through the entire process she reassured us many times that things were going smoothly which made us less anxious. We highly recommend her.
