We sought Margie out when we found ourselves needing to sell our Woodlawn condo quickly in order to relocate to New York City. We had worked with her in 2003, upon referral from the University of Chicago, to purchase a home upon our move from Ann Arbor, Michigan. We were impressed then with her knowledge of the area around Hyde Park and the University, her savvy and experience in working with developers and other related professionals, her attention to our specific needs, and her laid-back no-nonsense style. When it came time to sell our place in 2018, we knew we would need a proven professional. We had a short timeline since I had to report to my new job in NYC in less than 2 months, and the place needed a ton of renovations and repairs before we would even be able to list it. Margie is amazing! I sold my condo a few days ago and I'd like to thank her for her hardwork and dedication to facilitate the closing process.
