So for the second time in 2 years, Margie has helped my buy a second house!! This time I bought the house with my fiancé and our new family. She managed to get us the one house we really wanted after it almost slipped through our fingers!! She worked so diligently, negotiating and working with the sellers and their agent to get us the house when their original offer they accepted fell through. She made the experience much less stressful and of course treated us like family during the entire process! We love Margie and would always recommend her FIRST to anyone buying a house in the Jacksonville area!
