Once I came up with a short-list of places I wanted to visit, she arranged the tours. I appreciated her straightforward, honest assessment of all the listings. Her comments during the tours were very useful. She make sure that I understood the strengths and limitations of every house. When I decided to make an offer, she guided me toward a price that she thought the owner would accept. She also helped me find an inspector and work with the seller to make sure certain minor repairs were accomplished prior to finalizing the contract of sale. Also, Margie steered me toward a mortgage lender who would finance purchases on the reservation, and she connected me with a lawyer who understood those intricacies. Between Margie, the mortgage representative, and the paralegal at the law firm, the paperwork for the sale was accomplished speedily, and the mortgage closed precisely on schedule. I cannot speak highly enough of Margie's competence and professionalism. She is also an incredibly warm and kind person. I give her my highest recommendation.
