Margie was able to quickly sell our home and we made a profit of 59k. Our home was only 5 years old. She had great communication the entire process. The only issue we ever had with her was that she slightly miscalculated the numbers in the estimate she was giving us, which we found out last minute about. Meaning on her paperwork she put the 5k we agreed to pay as sale fees as an addition towards our earnings of 64k so for a couple of weeks she kept reassuring us our earnings would be 69k but in reality it was 59k meaning 64k minus 5k equals 59k. So obviously you expect them to make good calculations and a difference in 10k could make a big difference but we wanted to sell so it didn’t matter at the end
Margie is a very kind person, who worries about her customer's needs. She is very detailed in her explanations and gives the opportunity to ask as many questions as needed. She listens to the customer and fight for what they want. I have purchased a house with her help twice! And would do it again and again.
