Margarita Pecoraro

We randomly selected Margarita from a list of what seemed like thousands of realtors because in her profile, she seemed sincere in her desire to help her customers. That sincerity and helpfulness came to life in our experience with her. She listened to what we wanted in our new home away from home and sent us listings of exactly what we discussed. She didn't send overpriced or out of area listings. We visited the area for a week, only expecting to get a feel for the area but to our surprise, found a home to buy! Margarita guided us through the purchasing process and was our eyes and ears after we returned home. She was respectful of our time, represented us well in our negotiations and we are happy to recommend her to others buying or selling a home.
