I had a great experience working with Margaret Wilson and Hunter of Homes. We did a number of transactions together and each one was handled with great care and efficiency. I had a building in another state that I wanted to exchange for several properties in Idaho. Margaret showed me a number of excellent properties for the exchange. I prioritized our choices and Margaret put together the offers. We reached agreements on the first three! From the outset, it looked like the exchange was going to be complicated. The exchange property was owned by three out-of-state trusts, and one of the trustees was in Europe. In addition, one of the new property sellers lived in another state, and three weeks before the closing date, another seller asked if we could close two weeks early! Amazingly, Margaret was able to obtain all the signatures on time and accommodate everyone’s needs. All three new properties exchanged at the same time, avoiding the cost of any delayed exchanges. The escrow company and the accommodator were impressed. A couple of months later, Margaret found the perfect home for my wife and me at a great price, but we had to sell another house (out of state) to make it happen. Margaret found a broker in the other state and got the property listed and sold in time to allow us to close the purchase of our new home. Margaret works hard and is a pleasure to work with.
