Once again, my husband and I selected Margaret to guide us through the process of selling our home in Longwood located in the community of "the Springs" and concurrently guided us in the purchase of our waterfront dream home in Crystal River, FL. As one can see this review began with "Once again". Through the years Margaret has represented us in multiple real estate transactions representing us as sellers and buyers. Having been a Florida licensed Realtor for over 20 years I feel fairly confident of knowing what constitutes what characteristics and attributes are needed to do well in real estate. Margaret doesn't simply settle for "doing well" she excels in every aspect involved making her "shine" above most. Yes, I mentioned I have also been a licensed Realtor for many years but choose to call upon Margaret and not elect to "self represent" in personal transactions. The reason is quite simple, when I am involved personally with my own real estate I want the best of the best in my corner.
