About Margaret

Long time Pascack Valley resident, Margaret "Maggie" Neary is affiliated with the Saddle River office of Terrie O'Connor Realtors as a Sales Associate. As well as residential real estate, Maggie also has previous real estate experience in the commercial division, having managed over 1 million square feet of commercial office space. In addition to assisting her clients choose their next property, she will make the process both worry free and enjoyable. "Technology allows the consumer to participate in the real estate transaction and remain informed every step of the way. My approach is to balance tech with face to face". Maggie grew up in Queens, New York and moved to Englewood, New Jersey when she married. Since 1992, she has lived in Washington Township with her husband and 4 children. She attended Baruch College (CUNY) before entering the work force at Newmark Knight Frank. She continues to be active in her local community, supports the volunteer fire department auxiliary, and enjoys traveling with family and friends. Maggie is also an avid reader and belongs to multiple book groups. She has served on the Swim Club board, taught CCD for her church community and has been the leader for her local Girl Scout troop.
