Beautiful home. Mostly quiet area. 7 min from the beach. Still some issues with the building itself which we notified the builders agent about . Still waiting. Took 3 weeks to get keys to our mailbox. The HOA is very confusing . We weren't allowed a 5 ft fence but next door neighbor installed a 6 ft fence. Since we've been here in 4 months we paid them over 800 dollars. Why do we need them. Anyway Weather is great. Most of the neighbors are very nice. Close to everything. Nice place to retire.
