For months and months in 2009-2010, I had had several Realtors, attempting to sell my lovely home in the College Greens area and each were unsuccessful, probably due to the market at that time. I decided to rent my home and after about 12 months, I once again decided to put my home up on the market. After receiving great advice from the Home Property Management company I was using to manage my rental, the person I was working with advised that I might consider inviting Margaret to look at my home. We met on a Friday, signed agreement papers to work with Margaret the following day. The FOR SALE sign went up on that Monday and we had an offer on Tuesday, less than a week after meeting Margaret! It was a wonderful experience working with her-Margaret knew the right price etc and because of that, my home was sold within a week of meeting of putting my home back on the market. I highly recommend Margaret-very knowledgeable, fair, professional. A delight to work with!!
