I just wanted to drop a line and express my gratitude and appreciation for the hard work Kim Mills and Margaret Massarotti put into selling my home in Wildomar. I originally placed my home on the market in February of 2026. My realtor at the time was my long-time realtor and business partner, whom I’ve used successfully for multiple real estate transactions over several years. However, he specialized in the LA / OC market. So, after 90 days on the market, with little to no interest, I removed the listing and started to pivot to rent it out. It was at that time I spoke to my friend and neighbor, Kim Mills. Kim is a veteran real estate agent with a wealth of knowledge in the industry. We went over the numbers, after which, we both agreed the best option was to sell. I was less than optimistic to say the least. However, Kim introduced me to Margaret Massarotti. The 30-day escrow came and went, and my house was sold. I cannot say enough good things about the stellar work Margaret put into selling my house, nor can I speak highly enough on Kim’s wisdom and professionalism in this industry. I gave them, what seemed to me, an impossible task. They came through like the champions they are. When we got introduced to Margaret through another agent, we immediately knew that we were dealing with a professional . Furthermore, at the time we were looking to buy our home, we were both overseas, with substantial time difference which made it more difficult to stay on top of the listings. Our experience with Margaret was a pleasure during a very stressful time. It was the beginning of Covid and we just got notice that our landlord was selling the home we were renting which gave us a few weeks to find a home.
