Margaret has helped us with both buying and selling a home. Margaret goes over and beyond to help y make these transactions run so smoothly when usually this is a very high stress time. She is great with attention to detail when buying a home and does not pressure you into buying the home just so she can make a deal. She has pointed out things to us while House shopping that we would have never seen and really checks everything out before we put in an offer. When we sold our home she made that all questions were answered to the buyers in a very professional manner. We currently moved out of the area that Margaret is a realtor in and we are so sad that we do not have her here with us to find our forever home in our new area Jacksonville. It is always nice to have a realtor that you can depend on, who is knowledgeable and so helpful and becomes your friend. We will miss you Margaret !
