We had Margaret represent us a buyers real estate agent. The market conditions were very tight, with little inventory available that suited our needs. She was able to quickly find properties and schedule showings so we could be one of the first to view the new properties as they became available. She was also very helpful during the inspection and paperwork phases as she offered up some referrals for mortgage and inspectors.
