About Margaret

After graduating from Appalachian State University, where I studied Real Estate Law and Computer Science, I served over 35 years in analytical and managerial Information Technology related roles within both government and corporate institutions. In 2014, I acquired my NC Real Estate license and began conducting my own real estate acquisitions. I’ve recently returned to the Piedmont Area where I grew up and am excited to focus my attention fulltime on my real estate clients. I strive to provide the most excellent personalized service to each and every person I work with in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. I bring firsthand personal knowledge and experience of the listing, selling, and moving process. I specialize in developing unique and creative sales and marketing solutions by utilizing the latest technology to find and market homes for my clients. I strive to overcome every obstacle that can potentially get in the way of a successful closing. In my spare time, my husband and I are breeders of purebred arabian horses.
