We have adored Margaret in both of our home purchases with her. She has been an amazing resource for us as we bought our first investment/short term rental home in the Orlando area. We were entirely unfamiliar with the city and the market and she guided us so well. She was always digging for more listings and discussing options with us. And then when we decided was wanted a second property in the area as a permanent personal home, she navigated as a rockstar once again. She got us into the showings we wanted to see asap and even help us figure our some unique strategies when making our offers to help us stand out in this wild market. And don't let the sweet southern belle side fool you! Margaret was strong and bold when she needed to be as we closed and worked through some general dynamics that occured while we were closing. We love Margaret, a stranger when we met last summer, she's now family, and we expect to continue to use her as we expand our portfolio!
