The Best Home Buying Experience I Have Had

I have bought several homes over the years, but Margaret was one of the best brokers/agents I have ever dealt with. To begin with, within hours of agreeing to help me, she sent several examples of homes so she could get an idea of what I wanted. Within a week, she took me on a tour of different areas to give me a perspective of what I was looking for. She gave me great advice on neighborhoods, houses and what to look out for. She was more concerned that I find the right "area," rather than the right house. She even took time during her weekend off to make sure my final offer was accepted, pulling over to the side of the road to take a picture of the signed documents!! After my offer was accepted, she stayed involved until the close of escrow. She helped me through the inspection process and closing process. As a legal professional, I can't say enough about her. She's a nice, friendly, empathetic and caring person who goes above and beyond her duties. She knows the areas she works well. I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone, and she is the first person I would contact if I needed real estate advice.
