Margaret helped the reviewer sell this property

Great. A+

First time seller here. Having worked with Margaret on the purchase of my first home, it's was a no brainer when it came time to list the coop for sale. In spite of a tough coop board, she made the selling process a seamless one. Got me a great price and I couldn't be happier with the way things worked out. She has my full confidence and my highest recommendation if anyone is looking for a great realtor who is thoughtful, knowledgeable, communicative and above all else very good what what she does.
