Margie is certainly a top agent due to her diligence with all the details, knowledge of the market, focus on her each and every client. In my first meeting with her, she already had researched all about my home and knew the pros and cons for selling it with solid idea of the market. My HOA had low reserves and that's why we needed a buyer with 25% down payment. It was a hard to sell house. We sold in Aug 2022, when the interest rates were starting to go up and there was instability for sellers. But she was diligent and we made the sell happen in 2 weeks !! We had back to back open houses for consecutive weekends, and she also arranged for a professional photographer to come in take great pictures and 360 degree view graphics. I had to leave the town and during that time she was still working and making sure that the property was in ship-shape and house is in presentable conditions even during my absence. Best thing about her work is that she knows how to go around and find the right information so that we are ahead of that or fix it. There are still houses on market in my community (by other real state agents), which were on market before we started and have not sold yet :). She enjoys doing this job and that's why she is deserves top rating.

This review is to highlight one of my best experiences with a realtor. After searching and looking, I decided to go with Margaret( Margie) Chamorro of United Realty Group. From the beginning of my search and throughout, Margie was very attentive and prompt. She adhered to my "wish list" and budget and was honest about what would work and what would not. She was available  literally "24 hours a day", as I'm on the West Coast. Margie goes above and beyond. She took the time to help me understand the market, the process and even helped see me through the HOA process.  Words cant fully express how grateful I am for finding Margaret, honestly. My experience with Margaret was amazing. From start to finish everything she did was to perfection. She took control and all my worries were gone. Any issues that arose she had it handled right away. Margaret is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of her job and a genius with contracts. At the closing she made sure everything was in order to protect me. I would trust her with any sale or purchase. I feels so lucky to have her as my agent and am already planning on working with her again soon when I am ready to make a purchase.
