Amazing, above and beyond!

Margaret truly went above and beyond. We started the process of selling our house around June of 2024, but due to unforeseen circumstances of our own, we were unable to officially list until July 2025. Margaret remained communicative throughout this entire time, constantly keeping in touch to check on the status of when we would be able to list the house. She had excellent insight from start to finish, everywhere from presentation of the house, to appropriate listing price, etc. Margaret was nothing less of accommodating with all of my requests/questions/timeline changes. Margaret had our house listed and on the market within a week of when we gave her the "all clear". She went above and beyond with assisting us to hire contractors to complete necessary work. She took trips over to the property several times while it was on the market to touch base with the contractors, ensure the house was looking amazing, and even helped in clean up of things that were left behind or just needed a little maintenance. I am SO grateful for Margaret's communication, efficiency, availability, guidance, and most of all, her kindness. If you are looking at buying or selling a home, Margaret is your person!
