Maren sold my parents’ house last year and was incredible with helping them prepare for the sale! We then built a NextGen so both our families could live together under one roof. She helped us navigate the process with the builder, handled inspections and helped us with hiring contractors as needed for private inspection. Is five stars the most I can give? Maren deserves more. She recently sold our house in Surprise, AZ. Absentee owners, we live in Oregon. Our house was not an easy sale. It needed some work. Whatever the problem, Maren was "on it"! She served as a general contractor getting things done. She worked on tight deadlines. She communicated promptly and thoroughly. She handled every obstacle with aplomb. No detail was too small for her attention. She knows her business well and had a good strategy for unexpected turns of events (and there were some). I can't say enough about Maren. My wife and I called her Wonder Woman. (It was no exaggeration.) Anyone looking for a realtor can do no better than Maren Wenz.
