Marela sold my house in 2017 and it took a total of 12 hours from the time of listing to the acceptance of the offer. It was the second house I sold in my life and I will sell my next one with her as well. The key is to know the marked and get the best price. A neighbor and friend tried to sell his a few weeks later and the house was prices wrong so it was on the market forever and the final price was lower than what they should have gotten... so, stick to an agent that knows the market and she sure does
