Finding the Long Shot

When we first signed on with Maree, we had a few absolutes, and a lot of flex outside of those. While we kept a constant eye on market offerings via the internet, Maree kept encouraging us to VISIT houses - and that process helped us discern the trade-offs we were willing to make from those we weren't. Our search took a LONG time, but she was consistently positive, refusing to give up on OUR dream. When we finally found the right house, she launched into action at the speed of light to help us secure it against all odds. She clearly had all the ducks in a row because the process was flawlessly smooth throughout and everyone who worked with us was eminently competent and professional. But that wasn't the end of our story. In order for our new home to fit our work/life demands, we need to make some changes. How do you even start with a project that big?
