HOWEVER, we are so happy that we decided to go with the best realtor ever to help us along the way! Mar was beyond phenomenal and was always available to answer questions for us anytime we needed. She was our biggest advocate throughout the entire process! On top of all this, on our closing date, Mar brought balloons and made a little ribbon across our front door to cut with giant scissors! She made us feel beyond special throughout the entire journey AND even on our closing date! We came to mardia about 2 years ago ona consult of buying a home, we weren’t quite there. There was some fixing to do and we got to it! During those two years Mardia always kept in touch with us to see we’re we were at or if we were ready ! The time finally came and we reached back to mardia and she was there to help us in our search of our NEW BUILD HOME, and we finally made it after some months of on the search for THE HOUSE ! ❤️ So again, thank you so much for all your help Mardia and PLUS the patience because we have 3 little one and She was always so kind to us about our little ones !
