Having went through a disappointing house buying process before with another realtor, all I can say about Marcy is WOW. Now I know how it should work. Marcy was thorough from our first meeting as she carefully and quietly compiled our likes and dislikes all while displaying professionalism as we nitpicked each house we went through on our weekly tours. Ultimately she helped us find a house which checked almost all of our extensive list of requirements. Marcy’s recommendation from Financing to Inspection were first rate. Once we were ready to move forward Marcy truly came into her own. Having went through the process before and feeling like we were completely in the dark, Marcy was a breath of fresh air. From every aspect of the purchasing process she kept us informed, educated and on task. She seemed so polite and mild mannered when we first met, but I think the selling agent came to fear her sheer tenacity in making sure every detail we had requested in negotiation was filled and met. We affectionately referred to her as the Shark as we went through the negotiation process as we ended up getting even the items we had deemed as throw-away items in the final negotiations. Even after the sale Marcy was a tremendous help making sure we got all of the utilities hooked up and providing advice on contractors and timelines. She even took our trash out before we had moved in because she was afraid we had missed trash day. We can say, unequivocally, that we recommend Marcy to anyone buying a home.
