Marcus, Luke and Tammy helped tremendously in all aspects of the sale of our property. It was an emotional sale for us, and their willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated. Marcus ensured he was current on comps for our property, communicated with various parties necessary for the correct pathway through the sale, found a really great staging company and helped to coordinate that, as well as helped us with movers. Marcus and Luke had quite a few open houses and broker previews, showed the property and engaged with buyers, complete with follow up, that in and of itself, went above and beyond. In fact, they even brought the buyer! Tammy was incredibly responsive, helpful and when we needed something done, she did it very quickly with a smile.
