I purchased my house without actually being there! Marcus made the experience easy with FaceTiming me. He went every nook and corner of the houses. He made sure that there was no major foundation issues in which he has past experience. He was present with the inspector. He really engenders trust!
Marcus went above and beyond anything I would ever expect from a real estate agent. Not only is he incredibly friendly and likely to become a life long friend, he is ridiculously insightful about housing, land, and the monetary side of the housing market. I am incredibly grateful I found Marcus and had him to guide me through my first home buying adventure.
