Marcus was nothing short of UH-MAZING! He made the process easy to comprehend, explained everything to us from the beginning until the end. The relationship was super organic and the avenues he used for sending documents and allowing us to choose houses to view were easy to use and secure. We’re first time homebuyers and had come in with a loan officer we were using. We ended up using his preferred loan officer Leon who turned out to be just as awesome and we definitely got a good, honest rate! I’d say to anyone reading this just shop around for rates and I can almost guarantee you that it won’t beat Leon’s! Okay, that’s just how it felt to me but it’s all up to you in the end. I can honestly say this process was that much more enjoyable because of how easy it was to talk to Marcus and not feel like we didn’t know what was going on.
