Shane answered every phone call. I found out later he was out of the country on one occasion but he never let on and it was like he was in the office waiting on my call . He handled everything , all we had to do is sign .
Shane was extremely professional and communicated effectively and promptly. If he didn’t know the answer, he wouldn’t “BS” his way thru it, he would go find the answer and bring it to you. He even helped after the sale. If I was buying again, I would use Shane - if I and when I decide to sell, I’m calling Shane!

The learning curve is very high for first time Buyers ie. taxes are very different from gulf shores to orange beach. Hoa’are very different from condo to condo. Shane did a very good job of negotiating price. Assessments are a concern I guess I would say it’s on the buyer to ask the right questions
My husband and I have bought and sold many properties over the years, but when it came time to buy our little piece of paradise we were lost! We bumbled around and by shear luck of a return email on an empty lot that interested us, we found Shane Mosely.
