The best way to describe this experience was if family was helping you sell your house. Our situation was a bit different, as we were coming from California and could not come out to personally view the homes Marcus wanted to show us. He set up many video walkthroughs and sent pictures of the properties that we were interested in. Then the phone calls and text messaging to clarify our many concerns. He worked diligently for five months, but in the end he found us the perfect home. There were some issues with property documentation, but Marcus always went out of his way to track down the problems. Marcus and is a fantastic agent. His commitment to his clients is second to none. He is a great communicator and responds quickly to phone calls, emails and text messages. This was a very difficult move, there were many pieces that had to align for it to work. Without Marcus in our corner, it might have been a nightmare. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property in the future.
