When I decided to acquire a realtor instead of for sale by owner, Marcus said I would net more money. Unfortunately, I sold my home below the market value. Since the home was too big for one person, & I needed to downsize, I accepted a cash offer. Lost thousands of dollars on the deal, but the home did sell.
