From listing to settlement, the process was easy; Marcus did an awesome job, representing our best interest as a seller. He was quick to answer any questions and was able to adjust on-the-fly to some changes in our settlement date. He pulled out all the stops to get us to closing within a few days when the settlement date shifted.
