When we were ready to look at a house he was extremely prompt about making sure we saw it that day or the next day. He was great about giving us advice when we asked for it but wasn't overly aggressive about pressuring us to buy. We had a relatively low budget and he never made us feel like we weren't worthy of his time or advice.
