Marcos is proactive, hardworking, and has immense emotional intelligence. He guided us through the purchase of our first home with such care and patience. He listened to all our concerns and provided great advice in a way that felt nonjudgmental and helpful. He is generous with his time and makes sure we ask all our questions by always checking in with his signature phrase: “questions, comments, concerns?”He has a wealth of knowledge that he has acquired from past career experience, from insurance claims adjuster to banking to electrician’s helper. My husband and I try to be careful when making big decisions and Marcos was there to explain everything. We cannot recommend him more enthusiastically. He is truly amazing and we are so blessed to have him in our corner for life.
