Marc & Debra helped the reviewer buy this property

Hard working and a great negotiator!

I had been looking for a house in this area for a couple of months. Nothing much was popping up. Then I got an email late one night from Marc saying that a house had come back on the market and although it had a few things that needed updating, he thought I'd love it. He was right. I could picture living there! Marc also negotiated down the price to include new heat and air, plus a new roof! He has impressed me on more than one occasion during this transaction, and I wholeheartedly endorse his services.
