Marco is energetic, intelligent, and savvy at heart, but a good listener and candid/genuine individual/family man. Upon meeting Marco and sharing our living situation, he designed and crafted a plan tailored to our family with minimal stress. The goal was to help us locate a home near our neighborhood to move into and situate ourselves out of our existing home so he could prepare our home for sale. After finding a rental without a long-term lease, we were able to move out to net top dollar of our home. He coordinated painter, gardener, cleaner, stager, and various vendors to dress up our home. Since we rely on his professionalism, he picked an excellent exterior paint that everyone loves and suits the current market trend. He also worked out a "to-do" sheet. He explained in detail the must-do items and within our budget to secure the desirable price we strived for. After selling our home and a few months of searching, we ultimately found a lovely home to purchase. We were delighted with his professionalism and performance. Marco was very detailed with the sale of our house. He personally project managed the renovation of the house before the sale and kept cost within our budget.
