I'm not much one to write reviews, but reading the many positive reviews that Marco has, helped me in my choice. So I kind of owe it to the rest of you to pay it forward. First thing that I have to say is that when you hire Marco and the MVRod Team, you really are getting the advantage of a real team of people helping you out! There is a ton of paper work to be done when selling a house, and Marco has one team member dedicated to just that alone. His wife, Vanessa works seamlessly with him, so someone is always there for you every step of the way. Selling a house is complicated. Selling a house during a world wide pandemic?! Well, that takes some special skills and much attention to detail. Fortunately, Marco is well versed in everything virtual. From Zoom meetings to fancy online tours, he got the word out and got the job done. The staging was so impressive that I almost made an offer myself! Never looked so good before. Sold above the listing price in record time. So it's no wonder that I'm sitting here writing such a positive review even though " I'm not much one to write reviews". Marco helped me as a first-time homebuyer during a very challenging time to buy a home due to the pandemic and a very strong seller's market. Marco was very responsive and we were able to schedule showings very quickly - on a few properties we were the first group to see the house. He was also very diligent getting our offers in within hours of the showing and leading me through multiple bid situations while providing me with all the information I needed to counteroffer intelligently. Eventually we were able to find a great house and Marco was able to get our offer accepted early even though there was an offer date on the house a week out. The closing process also went without any issues with Marco giving me frequent updates throughout.
