When we embarked on the journey of selling my mother-in-laws home following her death, we needed a realtor who had experience, know how, drive, and great communication skills. As my husband was her executor, we needed to be able to provide full accountability to his 3 siblings along the way. We interviewed several realtors and choosing Marco Pirozzolo was a no brainer. He came prepared to our interview, had a vast knowledge of our area, delivered his marketing plan in detail, and presented himself in a friendly and highly professional manner. Marco made suggestions along the way that would help expedite the sell of the home. He was easy to communicate with, always answered questions in a timely manner, communicated information as it developed along the way, and was always willing to go the extra mile to make the process easier for us. Having been the daughter of a realtor during my formative teen years, I knew what my father did for his customers and how he approached situations as a sellers agent, and as a buyers agent. Dad had many repeat customers through the years because of his commitment to excellence and satisfying his customers needs. After all these years, it was nice to find a realtor with the same values my father had when it came to taking care of his customers. Although we had difficulties with many unrealistic demands with the buyers and buyers agent along the way (which I hope was merely due to her youthfulness and seeming inexperience), Marco remained professional and we were able to navigate the process to fruition and the sell of our beloved family home. Marco is truly a realtor with the knowledge, trustworthiness, and the drive to make positive things happen, and we are so happy we chose him.
I interviewed 5 other Realtors before picking MARCO. He seamed to have our best interest in the selling the of my parents home, even before his interests in the sale. He was only interested in the selling of our Parents Home, with the entire family's approval as it is in a Trust. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! Well we went through a lot selling our house but Marco was their every step of the way keeping us informed with any changes he did an awesome job.
Marco is very professional, knowledgeable and diligent. He answered all our questions or follow up with answers later if no immediate answer. He went out of his way to pull building record from the city for us and referred relevant professionals to help with other building issues. I would not hesitate to rely on him for future purchases.
Marco was a truly amazing agent. Every weekend he would love houses up for us and then take us to each one! His attention to detail was phenomenal and guided us through the entire process. He once walked us into a house and instead of trying to up-sell it to get us to buy, he told us to immediately leave as the house wasn’t good enough for us. This was awesome to see as this made me realize he actually cared about what we bought and that we were after a home. I would highly recommend Marco!
My house was listed as For Sale By Owner and as an expired Real Estate Agent, I had my sale under control. He called and said he may have a buyer. He was charming, engaging and asked the right questions. I think 50 other agents came and tried to hard sell me on why I would fail without their skills. Marco, was respectful of my situation and offered an ear and to help if possible. He followed up several times and ultimately brought a buyer to my door. That buyer had his own license as well. So there was nothing in it for Marco. I paid him a finders fee and he ultimately gained the listing when the buyer flipped the house. Marco is trustworthy, knowlegeable and truly cares about who he is helping.
