Marco is as good an agent as I’ve ever worked with. We have bought and sold a dozen or more properties in several states, and I have never met an agent who is more on top of things. Marco is a very nice and likable young man, and he is incredibly well organized, responsive and helpful. I flew in for a day and we picked out the property. After that, Marco took care of everything. He did a great job negotiating price, getting the inspection done, and dealing (electronically) with all of the transaction paperwork for closing. If there was a sixth star to award, I would give it to Marco.
