I had been looking for a while but Marco was the only one that listened and helped me narrow down what would be the best for me at my price point. He was knowledgeable about the market prices, neighborhoods, & city plans for growth. With his knowledge and great relationship with others in the real estate market, I quickly found a place to call home. I would recommend Marco without hesitation. He has now helped us both buy and sell a house, and he was great on both sides of the transaction. He's open and honest, a strong negotiator, and never pushy or "salesy." He also has a really good team behind and around him--meaning loan and title/escrow agents, stagers, contractors, photographers, etc.--and he manages them all expertly so you don't have to. He really makes the process as close to painless as I think it could possibly be.
