The Clifton-Fine area has become so impoverished and run down, it seems like a home seller's wasteland. Marcie was able to not only find a buyer within 4 months, but helped facilitate a nightmarish five-month legal process in which I had to go through in order to get the squatters out of the house so it could eventually be sold. When I first contacted her, I felt there would be no way I'd ever sell my house. I am grateful for all her hard work to sell my house.
