She was readily available to answer my many, many questions and even met with me on the 4th of July to ensure my home was move in ready that day as contractually agreed upon. She communicated with me throughout the entire process, providing updated information and future expectations. No question was considered out of her realm, and if by chance it was, she had very astute colleagues available to assist. Not only was she very knowledgeable about pertinent home buying regulations but also provided endless patience, support, and encouragement when I experienced difficulties beyond her control when obtaining funds from my investment account. She also has your best interests as her priority. She fully understood my concern pertaining to an area of my new home in relation to a particular health issue of mine, and she assured me there was no possibility of such a connection based on her years of experience with it and like concerns of previous buyers. Marcie advocated assertively on my behalf leading to my offer being accepted and made my dream of owning a home so suited for me to come true. It was such a pleasure to work with Bobbie and Marcie as I purchased my home. Me and my wife were selling our house and a friend referred us to Marcie. She was so so helpful , she helped us find our new home and she got well over market value for our house!
